Brake Problems

Alright, first I have a 95 fwd mits. 3000gt, I just replaced...

lower control arm (driver front)

tie rod end (driver front)

caliper housing (driver front)

new rotors and brakes (front)

I haven't had time to get the wheels aligned because of the new tie rod, but it's not off too much.

Now every time I step on the brakes the steering wheel pulls to the left (I think) and when I go over bumps it sounds like the rotors are a little loose. I have no idea what is wrong or what to do, I have the biggest feeling its the rotors, but everything seems to look and align fine. Any ideas? I appreciate any help, thanks.
