If something like this happens and it is not easily resolved, we need to allow the QS&L staff to handle it. We control our part of the lot in regards to entry, etc... If there is a problem, just mention it to Brian, Anthony, Nick, myself, or Bill (if there's no alternative ) If they don't settle down for us, we will involve QS&L. As for them warning us, I had a conversation with the staff there and informed them of what we had setup with all the other managers. If something happens in the future like that, please inform Brian, Anthony, or myself. All three of us have delt with the managers and have a good relationship with them.
