cincy94max
SOLD************SOLD*************SOLD Cliff Notes: 1994 Integra GS-R, 5-speed, Milano Red 305,xxx miles Intake, headers, exhaust, springs, struts, ITR rear sway bar, rear LCA’s, basic audio system $3,500 obo Located in Cincinnati http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0190.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0191.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0193.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0194.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0195.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0196.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0115.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0114.jpg http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p76/cincy94max/IMG_0084.jpg All the details you could ever need: I just bought a car with four doors, so the teg must go. The first person who puts a reasonable amount of cash in my hands takes it home. Those who will say the car is only worth $1,000 or some ridiculously low amount can keep those comments to themselves. This isn’t a beat up, passed around, hacked up GS-R. I am only the second owner and the car has been well maintained. I’m asking $3,500 or best offer, not best low ball. I’ve seen plenty of sh*t-boxes sold for more than that. Recent parts alone have cost me $2,000. (suspension $1000, tires $400, intake, exhaust, headers $500, speakers $100) The various “book values” are listed below. Obviously I’m not a “retail dealer”, but the prices give you an idea of what a dealer might ask. KBB Retail $4,900 Private Party Fair $2,705 / Good $3,215 / Excellent $3,645 Trade-In Fair $1,480 / Good $2,065 / Excellent $2,425 NADA Retail Fair $3,375 / Good $4,425 / Excellent $5,275 LOWBALLERS & HATERS WILL BE IGNORED! The car would be a great daily driver, beater, shell for a k-swap, parts car, etc. Specs: • 1994 GS-R (OBD I) with 5-speed manual transmission • 305,xxx miles • Car runs and shifts well. • I am the second owner. The original owner bought the car new in California for college. She moved to Ohio after school and commuted from Cincinnati to Columbus and back everyday for work (approximately 150 miles roundtrip). I have the original window sticker and many of the service records dating back to 1994. The previous owner had almost all service done at Acura dealers. • The car was repainted the original Milano red by the previous owner due to typical Milano fade. Car has no fade now and paint is in great condition besides the normal rock chips, scratches, door dings and Honda rust. • The black cloth interior is in immaculate shape. The seats and carpet look like no one has ridden in the car. • Power locks, windows, moonroof, mirrors, cruise control, and ABS all work perfectly. • I get 30 mpg on the highway and 26 mpg in mixed driving around town. • I’ve been to the track once and I ran a 15.1 @ 92 mph so the engine is plenty strong. Recent Parts: • New suspension installed at 294,000 miles: • Tanabe GF210 springs lowered car a measured 1.75” at all four corners • KYB AGX 4-way adjustable struts • Acura Type-R 22mm rear swaybar with BSQ reinforcement kit, Function-7 aluminum bushings, and adjustable endlinks. • Function-7 lower rear control arms (these are extremely light). • Alignment was done by Bob Sumerel immediately after suspension install and only the right rear toe is a bit out of spec. There is some inside tire wear but nothing too extreme. • This setup cost me over $1,000 and is a great compromise between comfort and performance. The car rotates predictably with the Type-R swaybar and oversteer can be dialed in with tire pressure adjustments. • Set of (4) matched Yokohama AVS ES100’s wrapped around 15x7 Borbet Type B wheels. Tires were rotated every 5,000 miles and stored for winter. • Set of (4) matched Goodyear off-brand snow tires mounted on 96 GS-R wheels. Used for 3,000 miles during this past winter. • New water pump, timing belt, valve cover gasket, and radiator flush at 287,000 miles. • New front rotors and ceramic pads at 289,000 miles. • New platinum plugs and genuine Honda plug wires at 290,000 miles. • Transmission fluid replaced with genuine Honda MTF at 295,000 miles. • Always used Mobil 1 fully synthetic 5w30 and Mobil 1 filters. • Uber rare double din USDM cd player / cassette radio • Infinity Reference 6.5” front components • 9005 low beam headlight conversion • Factory power antenna was removed and a window mount Metra antenna was installed. • Greddy 4-2-1 header • Greddy EVO cat-back exhaust • Iceman cold air intake • New radiator at 300,000 miles due to typical Integra radiator failure. Car never overheated • New battery at 300,000 miles Blemishes: • Some Honda rot on rear wheel arches • Surface rust on pillars near front windshield • Driver side floor mat has typical heel wear and one rear floor mat is missing • Car burns some oil depending on how often it sees VTEC. • Gas gauge works but low fuel-light does not. I replaced the bulb, but that didn’t fix it, so I assume it is the low-fuel sending unit. An easy fix, but I just fill up every 300 miles. • One line of the rear window defroster does not work. • The only thing the car might need in the near future that I can think of is a new distributor, fuel filter, and valve clearance inspection.
