copperhead
Kinda funny to see WVU on there at all, and Michigan dropped.
Guest 78novaman
Wow I didn't expect Michigan to fall out; I figured somewhere around 20. Clemson got screwed. How is Texas that high? Tennessee should have fell out too. They played horrendous ball again Cal. Hawaii????? Gimme a break. Wait another 4 weeks and see where we are. verse
Hawaii????? Gimme a break. Are you serious? Hawaii is such a powerhouse, they just don't play anyone to show their talents. Colt Brennan for heisman.
Boost-n-Juice
The final fallout from a disastrous opening weekend for Michigan came Tuesday, when the Wolverines dropped all the way out of The Associated Press Top 25, an unprecedented fall from No. 5 to unranked. Since the AP poll expanded to 25 teams in 1989, no team has taken a bigger tumble in one week.

Colt Brennan for heisman. hmmm, a powerhouse that "don't play anybody" = overrated. Brennan is no different than Andre Ware and David Klinger. HE'S A PRODUCT OF THE SYSTEM. DaddyBuiltRacing
Ohio State drops a spot after winning while using thier 2nd and 3rd team players for most of the game? Yeah that works...NOT!! Colt Brennan is in fact a product of his enviroment, hell I could throw that many TD's if all my team did was pass the ball. LMFAO @ Michigan!! Dr. Apex
I'm surprised as well about Michigan, they are a good enough team still to be in the top 25 imo.
ShoMeSomeFun
You know as much as I dont like Michigan, them losing to a 1-AA doesnt help much for the Big 10 conference. A powerhouse of a conference shouldnt be knocked off by even the lowly of the 1-A schools. Plus I would like Carr to keep his job just enough so Ohio State will beat Michigan every year. Michigan sucked so bad they dragged us down a little.

HE'S A PRODUCT OF THE SYSTEM. So I guess Jim Kelly and Jeff George (both Hall of Fame quality quarterbacks) were not talented they were both just products of the system? Same exact system/coach? Okay, thanks for clearing that up for me. Colt Brennan will be an elite quarterback in the NFL amongst the likes of Peyton Manning, Carson Palmer, Drew Brees, Tom Brady, etc.
Boost-n-Juice
The ant tripped the elephant. The skinny guy kicked sand in the bully's face, grabbed his girlfriend and stole his car. Some kids from Appalachian State came down from the Blue Ridge Mountains and delivered a sermon in Michigan Stadium, before 109,000 non-believers. Goliath falls. Jeff George is a Hall of Fame type QB?? http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0709/top25.week4/content.17.html Gee, Colt gets hurt and his backup come in and throws 3 touchdowns. Maybe he should be a frontrunner for the heisman now? Hawaii is a run and shoot offense that plays inferior teams.
