Here is the conversation Me: Hi I'm having tranny issues Carl: Sorry, you can bring it to us, but thats probably too far of a drive so I'll ship you out the part... plus other parts that you might need just in case. Me: Thank you, how much is shipping? Carl, I'll cover the shipping for you, sorry about that happening Me: Its no problem, thank you Carl: You're welcome The end He didnt point blame, he just said I'm sorry and helped me. Yeah but its small steps like that that make big impression's on people.
