Mitch
I've been planning on this for months now. Does anyone here know the layout, I would like to know the best places for photography in advance. I need to know the lighting and what not to set up properly. If anyone on CR wants to get a group together to go, that would be cool. Edited to add what about parking? I looked at the satellite from maps.google.com and there is nothing but cornfields around the place.

Dr. Apex
I happened to be down that way today and saw amongst other things the F22 RAPTOR!!!! That thing is fucking badass and I really can't wait for sunday now!!!
jfiveeight
so it's tomorrow, i'm sure there will be a C-5 or something we could landmark. My dad went today i'll ask him what the set up was and post if there's a good place to meet there... that or meet before going in.
Dr. Apex
I'm meeting with dad around 9:30 and plan on being there by 10ish with camcorder in hand. After seeing the Raptor yesterday I'm stoked for tomorrow.
Mitch
Today was just amazing. B2 flyby, F22 was tittays, F15 takeoff straight to vertical. High speed pass by the raptor was awesome. The B2 was pretty much silent. It was incredible!
jfiveeight
ok so i guess meeting spots work as the C-5 on the far west side and there's a P-51 in the middle that's supposed to be a big landmark, what times are you guys thinking? SilverEvo8owner
I was there today and it was straight badass Make sure you see the P51 with the counter rotating prop. It's race prepped with and upgraded blower making 4000hp. That thing is sick. F22 was sick as hell too
Dr. Apex
The YF-22 Raptor OWNS ALL!!!! Video coming shortly.......
Vulcan900
I was there on Sat. It was a great show and yes the F22 kicked ass. My favorite part was the bombers and the ground explosions. That was a cool effect that I have never seen at an air show.
