I just had to do this last week and I'm still pissing around with random pop ups. Even though nothing can be found. I had to delete about 10 entries in the registry to get rid of the one I had. AV programs cant do everything. With most of the modern virii, you have to go to the location of the file and manually delete it. Easiest way is to boot into safe mode.
