Chad is Dead Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 I lost a bet and now have to get a smiley face tattoed on my inner lip. Just a basic to lines for eyes and a smiley face. I don't really want to spend $50 or so for a tattoo shop to do it and don't think it will be to hard to fuck up. Some does anyone have a ghetto set up at home that can do it for me. I'll throw you a $20 or so. I've also heard the inner lip tattoos fade within a few years and one tattoo artist said some even wash out within a month. Anyone know anyone that has one?
