dan93z28 Posted December 3, 2007 Report Share Posted December 3, 2007 Ive been playing around with the idea of rebuilding my lt1 lately, and i just had a quick question about the crank options that i have if i decide to go the 383 route. Basically what I'm asking is if crankshafts from a gen 1 sbc will fit into a lt1? I know that the Lt1 shares many things with the first gen small block, like valve train components, but i am not sure about the bottom end. Also where is a good place to obtain such a crank? Camaros are slow and will always be slow. Stop fartin around and focus your efforts on makin the wagon fast. At least it has potential.
