Putty
Where can I get monitors like this? GRN96WS6
Looks to me like that person has one 24" model and two 20" widescreens turned on their side. So basically any 24 and two 20's would work.
Putty
How can you turn a monitor on it's side and view it correctly...? Is it a video card setting?

Within your advanced graphics control panel (nvidia based cards) You can rotate your viewspace 90 or 180 degrees either way. And yeah, they are just dells with a swivel base turned sideways Easily obtainable.

SpaceGhost
2 video cards Either a board that has 2 AGP SLI slots or a old MB and one card is a PCI card, Or 1 video card and your MB has an onboard Video.

Technically it could be an onboard graphics board with a single dual outlet card.

87GT
Buy a Mac. They have been doing this for a while. The setting for the screen changes when you rotate the monitor. One of my friends is a graphics designer and has almost the same setup as that picture. Its pretty neat when it auto changes when turning any of the screens.
