Human Resources / Recruiting Administrator We are looking for an individual to work on a contract or contract to hire basis in our client's HR department and assist with all activities related to recruiting. This individual would be responsible for assisting the HR Director with all recruiting related tasks including: - New hire forms, - Drug screen, - Candidate Screening, - Etc. The right candidate could also be asked to directly recruit candidates. The position offers growth and is a good opportunity for the right person. Qualifications include: - Experience working in an HR department in a recruiting administration and / or HR administration capacity - A strong sense of urgency - Great attention to detail - Solid PC related skills: MS Word, Excel, etc. This position is located in Lancaster, OH.
