88lx5oh
i updated the bios for my hp m7350n via the hp website after i did that it restarted like it should, but when it went to load windows it just kept restarting itself.. over and over and over and over.. wont boot into windows i set back to defualts in the bios, but nothing i reset the jumper on the board as well, and pulled the battery as well tried to reinstall windows, but it wont let me.. i get a setupdd.sys error also tried booting using BARTSPE and reinstalling the .exe file for the bios update but it said that i was missing windows files to do it (cause i wasnt actually running in windows) so the only thing i can think of is that the bios needs flashed.. im at my wits end.. so is there anyone here who thinks they can do this?? or know what they are doing?? Guest evobound
Can you boot from a CD / Floppy? Might flash back to your previous bois.
88lx5oh
yes i can.. but.. the only bios flash i have is in .exe foprm that needs to be ran form windows... thats where im stuck. i need to have just the .rom or .bin file for the flash.. then i could run awdflash or whatever on a bootable disc or floppy, but that has to contain the .rom or .bin file for it

Supplicium
winrar should allow you to break down the exe so you can make a floppy boot disk with that bios.
