Putty
Looked in "Handguns" today and see Kahr is coming out with a PM45 this year. I bet I can even trade my Kimber for it. Pros: Smaller for ccw, same caliber Cons: no safety, not a Kimber What you think?

KillJoy
What about the Glock 36? Trading the Glock for a Kahr...... That is a better option, IMO, than a Kimber. KillJoy
Scotty2Hotty
What about the Glock 36? Nice weapon, is that the single stack I believe? I was planning on getting Glock 30 for my new CCW weapon.
Putty
Nice weapon, is that the single stack I believe? I was planning on getting Glock 30 for my new CCW weapon. I think so...I rented it at the Powder Room and did not like it. Was too much punch for such a small gun. I had a wide spread with it... Scotty2Hotty
I'd keep the Kimber if it were me. My Glock 23 in .40 hits pretty hard itself too, but in a pocket weapon like the 30, I should be within the 5 foot range if I were to utilize it. Putty
The kimber is just that much harder to conceal and I have the smaller one. The butt of it is long, so it pokes my shirt. My friends with Glocks/Kahrs, you can't even tell they are wearing with a deep conceal holster. I even bought a new holster with a forward cant...I guess I just want something new....I have had my Kimber on many many times and no one knows. Also, Putty, how about one of the the Para Ordnance Warthogs, or a S/A EMP?
Scotty2Hotty
I've heard Para's are a PITA to dis-assemble.
Putty
I've heard Para's are a PITA to dis-assemble. Can't be any worse than a Kimber. You need a special tool to do it. Will never com apart away from home....:-| Also, Putty, how about one of the the Para Ordnance Warthogs, or a S/A EMP? Don't know much about them. I traded a S/A xd40 for the Kimber. How about a Glock 23 w/ a Surefire X200 and 4 mags? I had the G23. I left a cop friend borrow for a detail and he lost it. He paid for it though, $$ and hotseat. atomicfusion1647545515
I have the Glock 23 and the Kimber Royal II. I like the Glock with the extended finger grip clip but can't shoot it for shit without it. As for the Kimber it is an accurate gun but really lacks the concealability and capacity of some of the other guns. I would also agree to never get rid of any gun after you have owned it. They are better than stocks.
