ImUrOBGYN
Taken from OhioSupra.org What: Indianapolis Supra Meet (at the famous O'Reilly Raceway Park with WingedWarriorIV event) Where: O'Reilly Raceway Park - Indianapolis, IN When: May 10, 2008 - Meet up time (undetermined). Who: Supra Owners, Toyota Owners in general, Anyone who loves them some Supras. For any of you not familiar with Winged Warrior events... It's a widely spread Battle of the Imports vs Domestics... 60 Imports..........60 Domestics. They're ran through SEVERAL different obstacle courses and events such as the 1320ft. Drag show down, Auto-X, Slalom, Braking, etc. It's a HUGE event, it's for a good cause (Donations go to Riley Hospital for Children) and there is the Car Show portion as well. Every year, People drive from across country to participate with their cars in this event. It's a lot of fun, and you'll see A LOT of exotic and "wow, what kind of car is that" kind of cars. After spending a few hours enjoying the environment at ORP for WingedWarriorIV, We'll parade to a dyno shop for a nice dyno session (Place undetermined as of right now) Then, we can find a nice cruising or scenic route to maybe go have some dinner somewhere. The last Indy meet that we threw together last May of 2006, we were hoping for 8-10 people. I counted a total of 28 Supras that day, and would you believe almost HALF of them were actually running MKIII's? :naughty: A basic (and unconfirmed) layout of what the day could consist of: 9-10AM -- Meet somewhere off of I-465 loop for Initial Gathering. 10-10:30 -- Parade to O'Reilly Raceway Park (Likely 10 minute drive) 11AM -- Hang out at ORP for the Winged Warrior IV Event (time is up to us) 4PM? -- Dyno Session 7PM -- Go out for a nice dinner and maybe "cruise" the Southside for the evening. (If anyone is familiar with SS Indy, especially during big car events, there will be TONS of unique and fast cars out). :naughty: -Jeff
