Guest Hal
...what to buy. I've got the opportunity to finally finish my car. Right now, the turbo kit I sold is being offered to me for the same deal I made the buyer. This is great on the surface; I have regretted selling them since I did it, and have always wanted them back. Now things get complicated. I'm looking for work right now so I don't have a huge expendable income. I'm also fearing my laptop may be getting too beaten up and may not last too longer. My decision is between a new computer and buying the kit back. I can probably milk the laptop for another year or so, just not positive. If in my shoes, what would you do? Laptop or turbos? Guest Hal
I have enough to do either, just not enough that I could justify both.
2 Sweet
Definitely buy the turbo kit back. If you don't, you'll probably regret it even more than you do now. As long as the laptop gets the job done, and you don't rely too heavily upon it, then no biggie.

RedRocket1647545505
You can pick up a new Acer laptop for like $400 these days. Turbo first, then laptop.

Guest Hal
Yes, working on the whole job issue. Like I said, the money isn't too much of a worry. I've saved plenty so I wouldn't have to worry when I left work. Ben, we are not friends.

Rally Pat
I say get the turbo, Hal. That would be something that would be cool to see. Ive never been a big supercharger guy, myself. Too noisy, too hot, not enough power.
Lustalbert
Turbo. Laptops are cheap, replacement batteries are cheap, how much would it cost you to buy the turbo setup new, vs. buying it back from the current owner? Bonus: If you are curently unemployed, you have time to install the turbo!
Big A
Turbo. Then after you get money for the bike, buy a laptop.
