The project will require you to have experience and knowledge of home renovation in all aspects preferably, but will train the right person/people. . . we wil be revamping a 4 unit complex. The ideal candidate would have experience in laying carpet, painting (you'd be surprised at the people that say they can and have no clue), drywall, flooring repair, plumbing (light, nothing major). . . and electrical is a plus. But if you're at least somewhat knowledgeable and willing to get your hands dirty. . . I may consider! Pay is negotiable but will range from 12.50-15.00 hourly based on experience. This will be a full time two week project. . . and your performance on this project could lead to you a full time weekly job with me. Please pm me for my contact information if you're interested. This project will be starting mid-march. . . great for someone who may be laid off, and perhaps looking for a new gig. Like I said, this is TEMP TO PERM...BASED ON PERFORMANCE!! Also, there are taxes on wages. . . and pay is bi-weekly. But you will have the potential to make 350 to 500 after taxes per week!
