Get in your car, hold down your odometer button, turn the car on, you should read ----- in your odometer, wait until they all go away then it will flash 000000, turn key off, turn it back on, and no more maintence light. I believe you have to be in the main odometer screen to do this. Sometimes you have to be in Trip A, but I think the '04 you just need the main odometer.
