And you do know the model #, as stated originally: Thinkpad A21E Also, you could easily find the basic specs by analyzing your hard drive space as well as looking up properties under "My Computer". I will note these laptops are very low end. . . with most containing celeron processors between 600-700mhz, and with 64-128MB of memory, and a 10-20GB hard drive. I'm saying, "if you need something to tune with, this will get the job done" if its low end... if its got a celeron processor, if its not your fav... that is great.
