KillJoy Posted March 26, 2008 Report Share Posted March 26, 2008 Just an FYI to anyone who purchases a used Dell under Warranty: You will need to provide the ORIGINAL information in order to get Service (Name, Address, Phone Number, Original Shipping Address, and possibly even the CC it was purchased with). Any combination of these things will be needed. Each "tech" asks for different things. I have to deal with this BS almost daily at work.
