flippy1974 Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 i have been though 15-20 tranmissions for my car from a 700r4 to 400 turbos and cant get one to hold ,they have all been built by local builders (3 differnets builders) the last 3 were 400 turbos and 1st one didnt make it 10 miles changed builders ,2cnd one lasted 6-7 mounths with a yank converter that went out that was 1 mounth old and there fualt 3rd one lasted less than 12 hours and 8 passes at the track .so what does everybody have thats got some good power ,with evrything working right i should be putting down around 750 rwhp right now and going to try and do heads and can ,intake this summer so im hopping someway around 1000 rwhp after that so what will hold up and from were ,looking at another 400 or 4l80e .
