ImUrOBGYN Posted May 7, 2008 Report Share Posted May 7, 2008 dude you can do 160 anywhere in delaware...23,36,37,etc....160 on a bike takes about 10 seconds. 23 is the only road with room anyone should be taking any kind of a chance on at 160. 36 and 37 you're technically heading out of town before you reach open road. I figured the guy was probably on 23. There are a couple spots where you'd assume you'd be in the clear for a moment. Chances are, the rider wasn't zipping through downtown. And is it not true that once they lose sight of you they cant exactly be sure that it was you if they did find you? I cant think of anyplace that is considered Delaware that wouldn't present considerable risk at high speed, especially 23.
