I can edit it later on if things change. This year we are going to try and avoid the "what should we do guys" and have 60 people come up with 100 different times and ideas. Also if you see a thread in this area that has already been opened and has numerous replies please try not to do the "well I dont want to drive there so I'm going to start my own thread" b.s. However, if someone says lets go to the museum and gets no replies in 24 hours feel free to start a new meeting thread. If you want to start another meeting thread after one has been established with numerous participants then please set it for a different time or make one for senior members only (in the proper area).
