RangerTurbo
Bloomberg's a faggot. Wasn't too long ago in history tyrants such as him would be hung from a tall tree. Shame we had to get all PC and wussified.
Scotty2Hotty
That would be like me filing a lawsuit against a car dealership, because somebody hit me with their car.
RangerTurbo
Well, if they didn't sell that car, then that person wouldn't have had the chance to buy it and use it against you! Duh.
evan9381
Nationally, the black market is the source for guns used in more than 90 percent of gun crimes. Since Bloomberg became mayor in 2002, every gun homicide in the city has been committed with an illegal gun, police say. well no shit! you cant buy a fucking gun in NYC! Spidey2721
i am a gun rights advocate. that being said... this lawsuit has nothing to do with the right to actually bare arms. has to do with the current laws on the books. laws that NEED enforced for the good of gun owners and non-owners both. if the shop owner did not illegally sell the gun then more power to him, i hope he wins. if it is proved that he did not illegally sell the firearms. then the other case need looked into as well. if he did illegally sell the firearms then he should get what the law mandates. Science Abuse
That would be like me filing a lawsuit against a car dealership, because somebody hit me with their car. This would be more akin to a dealership selling a car to a 14 year old without a license, who hit you. The city has accused dealers like Wallace of allowing "straw purchases," a transaction where one person shops for a gun and then has someone else fill out the required federal forms to pass a background check. That's fucked up, that's illegal, and anyone who engaged in it should pay. They aren't accusing him of selling guns, they are accusing him of doing it illegally. I swear to god, some gun people have to invent their enemies. This is no different than a liquor store owner knowingly selling booze to a minor who had the guy next to him in line flash their ID.
