It's loaded with music, and comes with the usb transfer cable and original box. I don't have the ear buds, as I never used them and lost them (used it mostly in vehicle). The iPod's screen is flawless, no scratches on front. . the silver metal backing is scuffed up a bit, just from normal wear. This is the 5.5 Gen, with the search feature and brightness adjustment.
