In the end, it is still a 480i source, so I doubt you'll see any difference at all. At $100, that's a bit steep for my pocket book on a singe disc upconversion player. Search avsforums for that dvd player. Every home theatre nerd in the universe thinks it is the greatest dvd player to ever spin a disc.
