I have ran as fast as 10.84 on this turbo and it was just recently inspected by Precision and they reported that there are no defects with it. I allways used a Function 7 oil restrictor on it so I have never had any major smoking issues with it. (It has smoked a little from time to time). Exhaust housing is .81 and compressor side is .60.
