pontiacfreak142
My car doesnt have ABS anymore, so im trying to get rid of the ABS box under the hood to make more room for a CAI. only problem is, is that the rear brake perportioning valve is attatched to it. my dad came up with getting an older inline style one and putting it in somewhere along the brake lines to the back. Any one know if this will work or not?
Cordell
That would likley work. Why don't you just get an adjustable one? Guest Removed
do you have dual brake lines running to the rear? if so t the lines together in the rear and run one up to the front(of course with the valve in it!)

koolrayz
exactly. i put a new rear end in the car a while back and the ABS ring wouldnt fit around it, so its gone. I had to remove my reluctor ring when I went to threaded studs. These guys make a VERY nice ABS delete package. $139 is pricey but it is a nice kit. http://www.sjmmanufacturing.com/cam_brk_lt1.html
