They get you at the jump. Actually, you'd be suprised that a lot of average joes that aren't gymnists do it... and in the end usually consider signing up for gymnist classes to improve themselves. I was a lurker on one of the boards a year or two ago but never really got into it too much.. they do teach you the basics and how-to's so anyone can really do it.
