If I use it and get a new phone and DONT like it.. can I return the phone and still keep my new every 2? I want to switch phones but Im not 100% certain if Im going to like the switch. Then make sure the rep changes your date back to your oringinal New Every two date then your good.. V8 Beast Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 Direct store/customer service/online = 30 days. Indirect stores = Anywhere between 15-30 days. Be sure to look at the contract and ask the rep. Some indirect stores look just like direct stores but offer better/worse prices and sometimes have less of a return time.
