Ryan218
and the tail pipes on most fox's I couldn't get wider than a 255 on the back of mine and keep the tailpipes I'd run the 245's all around what rotors did you use? did they just fit on your stock spindles and use the same wheel bearings? good idea. from a Mark VII. i want cobra brakes. but the cheapest i could find was 600 bucks for the front and i think thats a little much imo. so this will do for now. Ryan218
its a whole new rear end with ford racing 3.73's that. put the 5 lug axles in. very simple to do. pulled the brake lines off new rear end becasue they were pinched. swaping everything over. paid 100 bucks for ranger axles. perfect shape. brand new drums. and 2 brand new 235/50/17 tires. teaser pics http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/88Mustang302/373rearend.jpg http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/88Mustang302/373gear.jpg

Ryan218
235/50/17 wow tall skinny tires i made a mistake...there 235/45/17 but yeah there for the front. 245/45/17 for the back. 245/45/17 fit perfect in the front. when i got to do tires in spring or something i wonder if 265/45/17 with fit in rear then 245/45/17 up front. ok. i gave the bolt hell with the BFSH. and lower controlling arm came right out...i hate drums..and im not looking forward to putting them back together lol. http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/88Mustang302/5lugswap054.jpg

Ryan218
well i need to track down some new lower controlling arm bolts. went to napa..nothing..ford. guy didnt even know what i was talking about with "lower controlling arm hardware" dumb people..lol. any idea where i can look? i was thinking hardware store. on the bolt it says 10.9..but these are metric? so as long as i get a 8 up grade bolt then i would be fine right? so in mean time i cleaned it up some... http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/88Mustang302/5lugswap059.jpg http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/88Mustang302/5lugswap060.jpg added the fulid/friction modifer and got the diff cover on. now if i could find my 11MM open end wrench i would put the brake lines on the new rear end but it missing in action at the moment. http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t302/88Mustang302/5lugswap061.jpg
