I've rebuilt it once because of no 2nd gear, then a year or so later same issue and then the shift fork breaks for 5th and 6th, I remove it again replace broken parts re-install and the whole tranny locked up back in june, I take it out again and replace all the bad parts and bearings, re-install it and everything seems fine, a few weeks later I'm cruising along and it starts popping out of 3rd gear and if I shift into 4th gear it gets stuck and wont come out, I have a good 3rd 4th syncro, gears plus mainshaft what I don't have is a lot of money, manuals, or special tools. I'll pull the tranny out and take it where ever with needed parts, if anyone wants to help please let me know Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
