Guest Hal
I was in the 181 class through 18 years old. I was pushing well over 500, typical 3 board presses were around 700.

Skinner
I meant sugars like in candy, chocolate, pop and so forth, and I did say not to go crazy on the carbs but just do be crazy about blocking them 100% out. ok that makes sence. but why not cut carbs out 100% while your meals become very boring and the first week or 2 are really hard (as your body adjusts) once your your body is no longer dependent on carbs/sugars it will start to feed on your fat reserves for food and as long as you eat a good amount of protein each day you won't lose any muscle. phil
every trainer will have there own method so nothing is ever "perfect" just find someone that knows how to get you to where you want to be, and with the correct eating habits, the right workout plan, and plenty of sleep, and you will be set. if you want a weight loss trainer then most of the big time clubs have awsome weight loss trainers, if you want to specialize in something then do your reaserch and find the right trainer for what your doing. I'm fairly sure any records are broken, I'll have to look. I never competed in NASA, they're retarded. I also did that with a shirt, NASA is raw only IIRC.
