My friend's got a Sprint 8330 with GPS and it's pretty damn handy. Alot of phones ship with a HARDWARE GPS module embedded in them. Verizon usually disabled them to force you to use their VZ Navigator which uses tower triangulation for GPS. Thankfully on many phones, there is a 3rd party rom/application ect. that can unlock them for use on any program. The Google Maps street view is impressive a few friends with the G1 thought they were the ONLY ones that could do it. I pulled out my phone and did the exact same thing they were doing love the look on their faces.. For the unlocked gps you have to download the update software here: http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/ New software for every single blackberry we have ever came out with. I HIGHLY suggest you Storm users to download the updated software you will thank me later.. It literally takes 20-30 mins to do you won't lose anything because it automatically backs up your info on your phone.. I just got an iphone the other day and after I jizzed on the screen while watching streaming porn it still worked!!! With my verizon phone I had to get my phone replaced everytime I had a fapping accident. Plus the streaming porn was so slow that I had to concentrate which took away from some of the enjoyment.
