The Man of Steele
Need a new stock and possibly a bolt kit. So far I have only seen this though similar, not what I am looking for. Also wood/laminate and remakes need not apply. Any help ? http://www.combatstocks.com/Mauser_98_Stock_with_Built_in_Scope_Mount.cfm http://www.ramlinestocks.com/ramstocks.html#Mauser

copperhead
if you are looking for an original stock I'll sell you my Yugo K98 and stockpile of ammo. The gun....doesn't fire so well so I don't use it, but the wood looks fine. Part of it still needs the cosmoline sucked out of it though. KillJoy
I bought a K98 and had the "Mauser Man" convert it to a 3/9" Group @ 100 yard tack driver in .308. KillJoy
copperhead
Stockpile of ammo? Details please...... I'll try to count it my next day off. I'll sell it to you for the going rate of 8mm, throw in the parts/fixable rifle, and you can return my gun case.
KillJoy
I have several weblinks here on my work computer. If you are into working on the gun yourself, this site is cool: http://www272.pair.com/stevewag/ And here are some random other sites: http://www.hoosiergunworks.com/catalog/semi_finished.html http://www.mpistocks.com/ http://www.robertsoncomposites.com/htmlfiles800/RobertsonComposites800.html Unfortunately, a lot of the sites I had to home-smithing on the Mauser are no longer valid links Hope these help!
