Uverse seems pretty neat, and we almost went with it since WOW isn't available in our condo, but it is pricey and I've had a lot of customer feedback with it having issues. It is new and will have hiccups for sure. I'm going with the 10mbps pack over the 18mbps package since the upload stays the same, and I'm not a super-heavy downloader per se.
