Ambrosia
The conviction you seek to expunge was your first and only conviction. (This does not apply to two or more crimes based on the same action, and this does not apply to minor misdemeanors including most traffic offenses.) rch10007
What do points have to do with getting your CDL? They may keep you from work, but getting the license? Are you going through a school?
Ambrosia
No Im going though a company they pay for my training. My points are fine. But you cant have a ticket that is 15 over or more.

rch10007
Well don't get on the plane! Call the DMV in the morning... Ask what options you have... Call the company and let them know your situation...
Ambrosia
Well don't get on the plane! Call the DMV in the morning... Ask what options you have... Call the company and let them know your situation... Yeah the company called me today at 3ish and told me it was a problem and I needed to fix it. But they had no idea on how. Maybe if I find the ghetto-est chick at the BMV and say here is $500 just for you sweetie. NOW FIX MY SHIT!! Maybe that will work.

dragknee66
Sounds like your pretty much screwed really. Youll definitely not get this taken care of anytime soon. You should be able to get that expunged though easily. There are expungement attorneys.. look into that.
