Because he thinks he deserves a cut of their cash. He'd have a point if he were doing anything with the original design, but pulling out a couple old bodies and slapping engines in em wasn't enough to win him his last trade-dress suit. As for the Terlingua thing, that's great, if you feel like spending Cobra money on a V6 that still isn't as fast.
