evan9381 Posted January 23, 2009 Report Share Posted January 23, 2009 anyone willing to take over the lease on my apartment? found out i'm closing on a house 2/18, and would like to be moving in the first week in march. my apartment said that if i can find someone to take over the lease, it will keep me out of some of the fees i will incur. you would have to sign a new lease with them, but at this time there is a 1/2 off 1st months rent, so march would only be $320. im willing to kick in an extra 125$ for march, so first month would only be $195 for you. the apartment is 981 sq/ft, 2 bed, 2 full bath. big kitchen for an apartment. has a 6'x12' balcony. rooms have big closets, all electric, no gas (electric bill about 75$ in summer, 115$ winter), no water/sewer/garbage bills. there is a room for washer/dryer hook up.
