dragknee66
Honestly probably stolen out of Indiana. Stolen quads and dirtbikes are way to common unfortunately. If someone buys it I wouldnt recommend trying to get a title for it
Linc5.0
indiana titles dont even have to be notarized....talk about easy fraud. Nice quad. used to have same one.
99ta
I did some title searches when i first bought it and found nothing. Vins are still intact. I just never needed a title so i didn't worry about it.

Sully
I had checked into the process of getting a title a couple months ago. You have to go to 369 s. high st, 3rd floor, civil division between 8 & 3, M - F. File a miscellaneous lawsuit to grant title which costs $35. I don't really remember what happens after that. I think if you fill out that form early enough, a judge might see your case and approve it that day. Don't quote me on that though. BTW, I did see this ATV. It is very nice. I was hoping to have the monies available this month, but unfortunately it didn't work out. Good luck with the sale!

Stallion Motorsports1647545491
ill give ya 400$ for a stolen 4-wheeler.... i kept quite long enough. even on here that isnt even close to being cool. i have had a ton of toys that didnt come with titles, i always go through the process to prove it isnt stolen. i would hate to have a charge of rsp on my record. he is vouching it isnt stolen. i am guessing he is going to give you a bill of sale, so even if it is found to be stolen prior to someone purchasing it, he would be entitled to give you your money back. someone needs to clean this thread up. tom
