Not sure exactly who fits the bill, but it's a job and I'm passing it on:

 

Develop Service plan and maintain Service profitability by managing and supporting Field Service Engineers, CFT Leaders and Technical Support employees.

 

Maintain relations with OEM’s regarding Service matters, quality control, engineering changes, and manufacturing updates in addition to establishing training seminars with OEM’s

 

Develop and maintain quicker and more efficient ways of operating Service and support groups

 

Follow-up and resolve situations that others are unable to resolve.
