Maintain relations with OEM’s regarding Service matters, quality control, engineering changes, and manufacturing updates in addition to establishing training seminars with OEM’s Develop and maintain quicker and more efficient ways of operating Service and support groups Follow-up and resolve situations that others are unable to resolve.
