Aesthetic_Influx Posted April 3, 2009 Report Share Posted April 3, 2009 I just rented this sucker (on blu-ray, because that's hot) and I've got to say, it was a damn good movie. It's now on my to-buy list. Rocknrolla is your basic GR british-gangster movie (complicated-yet-understandable plot twists, twisted humor, a bit dark, lots of shooting) with a slew of great characters (and the actors who play them) and endless entertainment. I'm not talking 'Transporter' type entertainment either - we're talking believable shoot-outs, run downs, etc. There really wasn't a slow point in the movie and the entire thing is paced really well. That all said, it was violent, funny and sarcastic just the way I like my movies. If you're a fan of Guy Ritchie's work, especially Lock Stock, this should be a must see for you. :thumbup: Just thought I'd share. Go rent it. Thank me later.
