Go get some Aloe from the store thorne, it will do wonders and you will be able to sleep. But yeah, I learned my lesson a long time ago. I keep a spray bottle and tube of sunblock in my stuff-bin that I take to every race. Stuff-bin FTW btw. Benadryl stops you from feeling the itchy/stingy bs while the aloe heals. Getting some rest/sleep with bad sunburn is the friggen best.
