smokin5s
I finished my basement a while back and the shower won't turn on... I have replaced the valve twice and it still does not work... can anyone recommend a good plumber?

Clifford Automotive
Seems to me you dont have water to the valve. Its not that difficult. If this is a new install, all the new shower heads are scald proof and you have to adjust them which effects output pressure.
smokin5s
there's deffiantely water in the valve.... if I put the cap thing over the valve to the shower, both hot and cold come through the shower head.... but if I try to put the valve in, nothing happens...
