Combined with a nice Google search I saved $8 on a $20 product. Had to order a battery for a cordless phone. Most retail stores had it as a special order only but would include free delivery. I still had to go get it at the store though. $16.99 vs $19.99 retail...fair deal but still not great. Found it at an online retialer offering free shipping for $13.99 and then added a 10% discount I found through the noted site Cliffs: $20 retail battery found online for best price of $14.
