Short walking distance from a number of $1million + homes. 3-4 minute drive from the boat ramp...we were out on Griggs 1-3 times a week last year. Garage is plently big to hold a boat. The park is really nice and not crowded. Neighbors are quiet, no kids. We love the area, but it's time to move on to bigger/better things. Anything close in size isn't in nearly as desireable of an area, and a lot of those need major updates. Most around this price are a lot smaller and only a couple are in areas equally as nice.
