Well ive been debating on doing this awhile as i dont game much anymore and I don't really need a SLI setup

What parts did you buy for the setup?

2 different resivours, pump, cpu block, gpu block, radiator 1/2in piping bunch of other stuff i spent like 1000 on just the water stuff. i just dont understand any of the install. i just dont want to ruin my box if i fuck up u know.

Honestly man, its hard to screw up water-cooling rig anymore. Its practically idiot proof. Hell, http://www.google.com will provide you with everything you need and then some.

true, however unless you are going all out its not really necessary, though for cooling high end graphics cards i could see it.

 

My quad core at 3.6ghz never gets close to hot with a zahlman air to air heat exchanger. i7s supposively are even better.

ha ha oh well, if you know of anyone else looking for a great deal just let them know. ive been getting offers for $100 and less but im not in any pressure to sell it fast.

its not a matter of want, i am under the impression that i cant sli them unless theyre identical.

 

You can SLI them no problem. the SLI clock speed will just reflect the clock speed of the slower card. basically it will down clock your FTW card to a SC edition but you could change that with the precision software.
