It's fallen into disrepair being empty so long and we've been working on getting it fit to live in lately. The biggest thing (apart from all the burst pipes) was the paint, it was a nightmare. I had Andrew (Big A) come over to look at it and give me some advice. As it turns out, I'm a terrible painter and I needed more help than just words. Andrew came over and did an awesome job on everything I needed. The price was beyond reasonable too. Not only am I terrible at painting, I do it backwards too. Andrew will be back to work on all the trim I should have done first. Cliffs: I'm a retard painter Andrew (Big A) saves day I save money I have good looking rooms now ????
