Jimmy Notchback Posted June 14, 2009 Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 So I have BBK equal length headers into a BBK off road x pipe and flowmaster 40 series muffflers. I'm starting to get sick of having a loud raspy exhaust and want something with a much quieter more "tuned" type of sound. I would love something that sounds smooth without the drone of my flowmasters. I've been thinking about Magnaflows or Borlas, does anyone else have any ideas or something I could listen to before I make my purchase? What are some of the other 5.0 guys on here running? Guest Removed Posted June 14, 2009 Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 flowmasters are loud. they are suppose to make more noise then make it quiet. try some magna flows or some borlas... myself, i like race bullets. you can hear the engine for what it is. not hear it after some noise makers(flowmasters).
