I eventually told them I was not taking another day off for this shit. I started making Saturday appts. Yes, ATT is uVerse....Sorry. Wherever it is...I want it, but cant have. Can't get WOW or Insight, so i'm fucked. Unless I choose say Direct TV for cable, TW for Phone and Interwebz to have a high ass bill every month. UGH! I had a similar problem with picture quality years ago so I cut off and replaced the end connectors on all of my coaxial cables. The old ones had oxidation buildup.
